Morgan Stanley IM Expands Private Equity Access to Retail Investors via North Haven Private Assets Fund

Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) has launched the North Haven Private Assets Fund (NHPAF), an SEC-registered evergreen fund targeting retail investors seeking institutional-grade private equity exposure. The vehicle focuses on lower middle-market co-investments and secondary transactions, marking MSIM’s first evergreen offering in private equity following previous retail-focused private credit and real assets products.

The fund structure addresses traditional barriers with improved liquidity potential and simplified tax reporting compared to conventional private funds.
